When delivering a presentation you can navigate from slide to slide, it’s not the best way to go through and check your PowerPoint presentation.
Do you use PowerPoint in the normal view and then go in to presentation view to present the PowerPoint?Microsoft just added a few new features including two new viewing modes
- Slide Sorter
- Reading View
New Views Introduced In PowerPoint 2013 and 2016 / Office 365
How to get into the Slide Sorter view:
Step 1) Look at the bottom left of the screen.
Step 2) Click on the icon that has four squares.
How to get into the Reading View:
Step 1) Look at the bottom left of the screen.
Step 2) Click on the icon that looks like an open book.
Using these views you can make adjustments to your presentation quickly and easily.
