As a company we will always ensure our insurance policy is valid and covers our risks adequately this is reviewed annualy, we currently (2020/2021) have a combined insurance policy in place with Markel International Insurance Company Limited.

Direct Debit Guarantee
Hixon Group uses GoCardless to process Direct Debit payments for goods and services on a reccuring basis, this allows us to automate the billing process, reduce errors and ensure payments are received in a timely manner.
Consumer Protection: The Direct Debit Guarantee offers protection to customers paying by Direct Debit in the rare event that there is an error in a payment.
Our Promise: If we receive a payment that we are not legally entitled to, we will pay it back immediately at the payee’s request. We will always notify you of any changes to the payment amount or date no less that 3 working days prior to your account being debited, this will be sent via email from our payment processor on our behalf.
